The destoning machine in rice processing equipment primarily utilizes the difference in suspension velocity between rice raw materials and adjacent stones in the air for sorting. The screen body and screen surface are components of the destoning machine. The screen body has two drive methods: dual-drive motor drive and single-vibration motor drive. Let’s take a closer look:
Dual-drive motor drive: Two parallel vibration motors operate in opposite directions, automatically eliminating lateral interference to the screen body’s movement, resulting in more stable longitudinal vibration. This method requires two motors, thus increasing the manufacturing cost, and the two motors need to be matched during selection.
Single-vibration motor drive: Uses only one vibration motor, reducing equipment cost and weight. Because the vibration motor in rice processing equipment swings significantly laterally around rubber bearings for extended periods during operation, the rubber bearings are prone to damage. Damaged rubber bearings cause excessive resistance, making motor swing difficult or causing abnormal movement trajectories, interfering with the screen body’s movement and affecting the equipment’s performance.
