Rice deep processing equipment refers to machinery used for the deep processing of grains such as paddy rice and rice. It includes crushers, mills, polishers, and grain processing machines. This article focuses on the relevant knowledge and working principle of rice bran separators. A rice bran separator is a machine that separates rice bran from the germ. It has wide applications in refining after defatting, as a raw material for feed, in starch extraction in the food industry, and as a drug carrier and culture medium in the pharmaceutical field.
I. Product Features:
The rice bran separator is made of high-quality stainless steel, with a compact, reasonable, and aesthetically pleasing structure. This machine uses a horizontal screw-type continuous screw propeller. After the material enters the machine body through the feed inlet, it is fed into the rotating drum via conveyor rollers. Inside the drum, the material is thrown at high speed towards the discharge trough. During this process, due to centrifugal force, the material forms a vortex, causing the solid bran to be discharged from the discharge trough, and the finished bran flows out through a screen.
II. Workflow:
The workflow includes screening and soaking rice (paddy), brown rice (rice), or corn. The screened rice is placed in the feed hopper and conveyed to the main machine via a conveyor belt. Under the action of the main machine, the rice undergoes initial crushing, and then continues to the next stage via the conveyor belt. After a series of crushing processes, the desired finished product is obtained. After cooling, the desired granules are obtained.
III. Working Principle:
“Crushing” is the process of turning raw grains into rice flour or wheat flour. This process requires reducing the size of the rice particles while maintaining a certain shape for easy storage, transportation, and consumption. The grinding process generally consists of two stages: coarse grinding and fine grinding. The first stage mainly removes impurities and some moisture from the grains, while the second stage breaks down the starch in the grains into sugars, facilitating storage, transportation, and use. Through the application of rice bran separators, the deep processing of rice can be refined, efficient, and resource-efficient.
