VS150 vertical emery & Iron roller rice whitener is the latest model that our company developed on the basis of optimizing the advantages of the current vertical emery roller rice whitener and vertical iron roller rice whitener, in order to meet the rice mill plant with the capacity of 100-150t/day. It can be used by only one set to process normal finished rice, also can be used by two or more sets jointly to process super finished rice, is an ideal equipment for the modern rice milling plant.

1. More simple and easy process combination;
With the vertical emery roller rice whitener and vertical iron roller rice whitener’s characteristics, in the process combination, VS150 can be used by only one or more sets jointly to process different grades of rice. VS150 features compact structure, small occupation, with the design of feeding from lower part and discharging from upper part to save elevators under more sets in series;
2. High capacity and lower broken rate;
Feeding by bottom screw, can ensure enough feeding flow, meanwhile can enlarge milling area, increases output and reduce the broken rate;
3. Minimum bran with milled rice;
A special shape screen frame in VS150, makes bran not to adhere to screen frame outside, and the mesh is not easy to be jammed. Meanwhile, with the design of axial jet-air and strong suction air from external blower, VS150’S bran removing performance is better;
4. Simple operation;
The feeding adjustment operation is very simple, can control accurately the flow. By adjusting the discharge pressure, can get the requested satisfied finished rice. All control buttons and instruments are on the control panel.
5. Wide range of application.
VS150 is not only suitable for short and round rice, long and thin rice, also is suitable for parboiled rice processing.
