FOTMA have come up with a complete rice process systems that are highly functional and efficient in accomplishing various tasks involved in rice milling such as paddy intake, pre-cleaning, parboiling, paddy drying, and storage. The process also includes cleaning, hulling, whitening, polishing, sorting, grading and packing. Since the rice milling systems mill the paddy at various stages, therefore it is also termed as multi storage or combined mini rice mills. Apart from our core products, we also offer custom-made products as per the requirements of our clients such as dryer for raw paddy. If the customers want par-boiled plant, we can manufacture the same in accordance with specific needs.
The 300 ton/day modern rice milling machinery is a complete set of rice milling plant designed to produce high quality refined rice, includes cleaning, hulling, whitening, polishing, sorting, grading and packing. From paddy cleaning to rice packing, the operation is completely automatical controlled. Features
1. This rice milling line can be used to process both long-grain rice and short-grain rice(round rice), suitable to produce both white rice and parboiled rice, high output rate, low broken rate;
2. Both vertical type rice whiteners and horizontal type rice whiteners are available;
3. Multiple water polishers, color sorters and rice graderes will bring you high precision rice;
4. The pneumatic rice huskers with auto feeding and adjustment on rubber rollers, higher automation, much easier on operation.
5. Usually use pulse type dust colloctor to collect in high efficiency the dust, impurities, husk and bran during processing, provide you dust-free workshop;
6. Having high automation degree and realizing continuous automatic operation from paddy feeding to finished rice packing.
