Main Features

1. Equipped with temperature control unit on the squeezing cage or main shaft of spiral, there is no longer need to conduct machine grinding before every shift of production as normal machine do, which could increase the oil yields,save time and energy.
2. In case of abnormal power cut, the machine need not to be dismantled,the stuck oil seeds or cakes could be heated and softened by the electric heating device directly, then start to operate again.
3. On the basis of traditional single spiral press, the machine is equipped with vacuum filter, the crude oil will be filtered directly after squeezed.
4. For the replacement of wearing parts such as spirals on the main shaft, we could easily take off the wearing spirals from the main shaft by heating via the heating device.
