Product Description
The series automatic temperature controlled combined oil presses made by our company are suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oil seed, sunflower seed and palm kernel, etc. The product has characteristics of small investment, high capacity, strong compatibility and high efficiency. It is widely used in small oil refinery and rural enterprise.
Our automatic temperature controlled combined oil press is suitable for squeeze rapeseed, cotton seeds, soybean, groundnut, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds etc. This machine has many advantages like advanced design, convenient operation, and high output.
Main Features
1. Equipped with temperature control unit on the squeezing cage or main shaft of spiral, there is no longer need to conduct machine grinding before every shift of production as normal machine do, which could increase the oil yields,save time and energy.
2. In case of abnormal power cut, the machine need not to be dismantled,the stuck oil seeds or cakes could be heated and softened by the electric heating device directly, then start to operate again.
3. On the basis of traditional single spiral press, the machine is equipped with vacuum filter, the crude oil will be filtered directly after squeezed.
4. For the replacement of wearing parts such as spirals on the main shaft, we could easily take off the wearing spirals from the main shaft by heating via the heating device.
