Fotma oil refining machien is according to the different usage and reqirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needles substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil. It is suitable for refining variois crude vegetable oil, such as sunflower seed oil, tea seed oil, groundnut oil, coconut seed oil, palm oil, rice bran oil, corn oil and palm kernel oil and so on.

This filter is widely used for: peanut oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, cotton seed oil, sesame oil, walnut oil, ect.

Features

1. Automatic pump: the crude oil to be treated is sucked into the oil barrel by a dedicated suction pump to save labor.
2. Automatic temperature control: preset temperature by temperature control system, automatically heating and stop, to maintain constant oil temperature.
3. Disc oil filter: aluminum plate, increase the filtration area of 8 times, increase oil filtration efficiency, to avoid frequent slag removal.
4. Dehydrated and dried: dry the water in the oil through temperature dehydration, prevent long-term change of oil taste, extend the oil shelf life.
5. Rapid cooling: the machine set up a cooling device, the oil temperature can be quickly cooled to below 40℃, easy to direct canning.
6. Simple operation: all functions are button operation, compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy to operate.
