Description
We can provide the equipments to process different capacity of peanut/ groundnut. They bring unrivalled experience to bear in producing accurate drawings detailing foundation loadings, building dimensions and overall plant layout designs, tailor made to suit individual requirements.
1. Refining Pot
Also named Dephosphorization and deacidification tank, under 60-70℃, it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide. After stirring by reduction box, it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate the impurity, phospholipid which will enter into soap stock. The oil can be refined further.
2. Bleaching Pot
Also named bleaching and dewatering pot, it removes water from oil by vacuum. The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching pot, after stirring, filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.
3. Vertical Blade Filter Machine
Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously, low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.
Features
1. Full continuous and mechanized operation, and with electrical interlocking control system.
2. The equipment layout is in tower structure, and the material flow by relying on gravity to reduce reducing power consumption.
3. Take into consideration the environmental requirements in modern industry. The workshop is also equipped with the dedusting system with high performance, so as to meet the requirements of production and environmental protection.
4. When producing germ meal, the roller softening pot can better meet the flaking technical requirements.
5. Select scraper conveyor as much as possible, which can effectively reduce raw material crushing, improve solvent permeation into the material layer, and increase the extraction efficiency.
Characteristics
1. Both short mixed and long mixed process are adapted in washing sector, which ensures washing effectiveness.
2. Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously, low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.
3. Due to accurate stirring method, decreased the maximum distance between the oil of cooling facet so as to ensure the same temperature of crystal with same quality. Better guaranteed that in the process of crystallization, crystal will not cluster in a intense area.
4. Flexible system, cooling curve can be easily altered by changing water temperature, thus the kinds of products can be changed easily.
5. Stabilization of product quality.
