LYZX series cold oil pressing machine is a new generation of low-temperature screw oil expeller developed by FOTMA, it is applicable for producing vegetable oil at low temperature for all kinds of oil seeds, such as rapeseed, hulled rapeseed kernel, peanut kernel, chinaberry seed kernel, perilla seed kernel, tea seed kernel, sunflower seed kernel, walnut kernel and cotton seed kernel.

It is the oil expeller that specially suitable for mechanically processing common plants and the oil crops with high added value and characterized by low oil temperature, high oil-out ratio and low oil content remained in dreg cakes. Oil processed by this expeller is characterized by light color, top quality and rich nutrition and conforms to the standard of the international market, which is prior equipment for oil factory of pressing multi-kinds of raw materials and special kinds of oilseeds.

LYZX34 expeller uses new pressing technology which integrates middle-temperature pre-pressing and low-temperature pressing, which is a new model pressing expeller could press the seeds under both middle temperature and low temperature conditions. Applicable for the middle-temperature or low-temperature pressing of oil seeds such as canola seed, cotton seed kernel, peanut kernel, sunflower kernel, etc.

The LYZX type cold screw oil expeller is characterized by a technology suitable for oil expelling under a lower temperature and has following features under normal treating conditions:
1. Low-temperature pressing technology. The oil processed with this expeller is characterized by light color and rich nutrition, which is purely natural oil after settling and filtering. This technology can safe the refining cost and lower the refining loss.
2. The pressing temperature of seed before pressing is low, oil and cake have light color and good quality, which is quite good for the high efficiency using of cake.
3. Little damage of protein in the dreg cakes during low-temperature pressing is in favor off full use of the protein in the oil seeds. During processing, oil seeds don’t keep touch with any solvent, acid, alkali and chemical additives. Thus loss of nutrition ingredients and microelements in the finished oil and dreg cakes is little and protein content in the dreg cakes is high.
4. Low operation temperature(10℃～50℃) can decrease consumption of the steam.
5. Good pre-pressing cake with many tiny interstice, good for solvent extraction.
6. Comes with temperature and moisture adjusting device, auto-continuous working, easy to operate and maintain.
