Description
This 6FTS-9 small flour milling line is composed of roller mill, flour extractor, centrifugal fan and bag filter. It can process different kinds of grains, including: wheat, maize (corn), broken rice, husked sorghum, etc. The fines of finished product:
Wheat flour: 80-90w
Maize Flour: 30-50w
Broken Rice Flour: 80-90w
Husked Sorghum flour: 70-80w
This flour milling line can be used for processing corn/maize to get corn/maize flour (suji, atta and so on in India or Pakistan). The finished flour can be produced to different of food, like bread, noodles, dumpling, etc..
Features
1. The feeding is completed automatically in the simplest way, which significantly free workers from high workload while flour milling is nonstop.
2. Pneumatic conveying reduces dust pollution and improves the working environment.
3. The ground stock temperature is reduced, while flour quality is improved.
