Main Process Description
1. Cleaning sieve
In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity.
2. Magnetic separator
Magnetic separation equipment without power is used to remove iron impurities.
3. Tooth rolls crushing machine
In order to ensure good softening and cooking effect, peanut is generally broken up uniformly to 4～8 pieces,Temperature and water distribute uniformly during cooking, and Pieces is thin easy to press.
4. Screw oil press
This screw oil press machine is a very popular product of our company. It is for oil extraction from oil materials, such as palm kernel,peanut, rapeseed, soybean,peanut etc. This machine adopts round plates and square rods technology, Equipped with micro-electrical control, infrared heating system, multistage pressing system. This machine can make oil through cold pressing and hot pressing. This machine is very suitable for oil materials processing.
