Product Description
This oil press machine is a new research improvement product. It is for oil extraction from oil materials, such as sunflower seed, rapeseed, soybean,peanut etc. This machine adopts square rods technology, suitable for the press materials of high oil content.
The automatic temperature control precision filtration combined oil press has replaced the tradictional way that the machine has to be preheated the squeeze chest, loop and the spiral before squeezing. By this way, user can reduce the working time, waste of power and machine consumption. Also, it combines air pressure tank filter to achieve oil-residue separation.
Features
1. Daily processing capacity:8~10tons/day. oil left in residue lower than 8%.
2. It has the function of squeezing and filtration in one machine, it’s easy to operate.
3. With vacuum filters, easier operation.
Application range
FOTMA Brand spiral oil press made by our company is suitable for squeezing many kinds of vegetable oil, such as rapeseeds, cotton seeds, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and palm kernel, etc.
