204-3 oil expeller, a continuous screw type pre-press machine, is suitable for pre-press + extraction or twice pressing processing for the oil materials with higher oil content like peanut kernel,cotton seed, rape seeds, safflower seeds, castor seeds and sunflower seeds, etc.

The 204-3 oil press machine is mainly comprised of feeding chute, pressing cage, pressing shaft, gear box and main frame, etc. The meal enters the pressing cage from the chute, and be propelled, squeezed, turned, rubbed and pressed, the mechanical energy is converted into heat energy, and gradually expels the oil out, the oil flows out the slits of pressing cage, collected by the oil dripping chute, then flows into oil tank. The cake is expelled out from end of the machine. The machine is of compact structure, moderate floor area consumption, easy maintenance and operation.

The 204 pre-press expeller is suitable for pre-pressing. Under normal preparation conditions, it has following features:
1. The pressing capacity is high, thus the workshop area, power consumption, operation and management and maintenance job will be reduced accordingly.
2. The cake is loose but not easily broken, which is conducive for solvent penetration.
3. Both the oil content and moisture of the squeezed cake are suitable for solvent leaching.
4. The quality of pressed oil is better than the oil from single pressing or single extraction.
