Product Description

Additionally, we can do reasonable design as per the customers’ specific requirement so as to form a complete set or system to your satisfaction.
The 40-50t/day Complete Rice Mill Plant is equipped with cleaning machine, destoner machine, gravity paddy separation machine, rice hulling machine, rice whitening machine(rice miller), rice polishing machine, rice color sorting machine and automatic packing machine, it can produce high quality rice with high efficiency. Also the automatic weighing and packing machine can pack rice from 5kg, 10kg, 25kg to 50kg per bag, and the bags can be hot sealed or thread sewed as per your request.

Features
1. Equipped with two units low temperature whiteners, twice whiting, small increase in broken but bring high precision and good quality white rice.
2. Equipped with separate cleaning machine alone with destoner, more fruitful on impurities and stones removing.

4. The enhanced silky polishing machine is available, which make the rice shining and glossy, suitable for high-grade rice production.
5. The complete set of machines arrangement is compact and reasonable, save workshop space.

7. Automatic operation from the paddy loading to finished white rice, convenient to operate and maintain.
8. The electronic packing scale and color sorter are optional, to produce high grade rice and pack the finished rice into bags.
9. The installation mode can be by steel framed operation platform or concrete flatbed according to customers requirements.
