Product Description
TCQY series drum type pre-cleaner is designed to clean raw grains in rice milling plant and feedstuff plant, mainly removing the large impurities such as stalk, clods, fragments of a brick and stone so as to ensure the quality of material and prevent the equipment from be damaged or fault, which has high efficiency in cleaning paddy, corn, soybean, wheat, sorghum and other types of grains.
The TCQY series drum sieve has the features such as large capacity, low power, compact and sealed structure, small required area, easy to replace the screen, etc. There is cylinder sieves on feeding section and discharge section respectively, can be with different mesh size to adjust the yield and cleaning efficiency, suitable for a variety of grain and feeding cleaning.
Features
1. Cleaning effect is good, high efficiency on impurities removing. For large impurities, more than 99% can be removed, and no head grain will be contained in the removed impurities;
2. There is feeding sieve and outlet sieve as cylinder sieves, with different mesh size, to obtain the ideal sieve efficiency;
3. Fiber type impurities and straw were guide spiral discharged group, automatic cleaning is reliable;
4. Low power consumption, high yield, smooth and reliable operation, convenient to change the sieve and and repair. Compact structure, occupy small space;
5. Widely used as initial cleaning for raw materials processing in feedstuff, oil, flour, rice processing and storage, as well as other food industries.
