Product Description
FOTMA Complete Rice Milling Machines are based on digesting and absorbing advanced technique at home and abroad. From paddy cleaning to rice packing, the operation is automatically controlled. The complete set of rice milling plant includes bucket elevators, vibration paddy cleaner, destoner machine, rubber roll paddy husker machine, paddy separator machine, jet-air rice polishing machine, rice grading machine, dust catcher and electric controller. It applies to processing plants in urban and rural areas, farm, grain supply station, and granary and grain shop. It can process first-class rice and designed according to different requirements of different users.
The 200 ton/day complete rice milling machine is a large scale complete rice milling plant, which can come with different configuration and designed according to different customer’s requests. We can consider to use vertical type rice whitener or horizontal type rice whitener, normal manual type husker or pneumatic automatic husker, different quantity on silky polisher, rice grader, color sorter, packing machine, etc., as well as suction type or clothes bag type or pulse type dust collection system, simple one-storey structure or multi-storey type structure. Features
1. This rice processing line can be used to process both long-grain rice and short-grain rice (round rice), suitable to produce both white rice and parboiled rice, high output rate, low broken rate;
2. Both vertical type rice whiteners and horizontal type rice whiteners are available;
3. Multiple water polishers, color sorters and rice graders will bring you more shining and higher precision rice;
4. The pneumatic rice huskers with auto feeding and adjustment on rubber rollers, higher automation, more easy to operate;
5. Usually use bag type dust collector to collect in high efficiency the dust, impurities, husk and bran during processing, bring you good working environmental; The pulse dust collector is optional;
6. Having high automation degree and realizing continuous automatic operation from paddy feeding to finished rice packing;
7. Having various matching specifications and meeting the requirements of different users.
