Description
Fotma provides 1-500t/d complete oil press plant including cleaning machine, crushin machine, softening machine, flaking process, extruger, extraction, evaporation and others for different crops: soybean, sesame, corn, peanut, cotton seed, rapeseed, coconut, sunflower, rice bran, palm and so on.
Thisfuel type temperature control seed roast machine is to dry peanut, sesame, soybean before putting into oil machine to increase oil rate.
Features
1. Composition: a rack, a pot body, an electromagnetic system, a transmission system, a control system.
2. The inner tank is made of 430 stainless steel, which is more magnetic.
3. High degree of automation: One-key operation of the control system, button-type control of forward and reverse switches.
4. The heat preservation adopts glass fiber blanket with uniform thickness, good flatness and good heat preservation effect.
5. Intelligent: The machine has automatic temperature detection function and intelligent temperature control.
6. Environmental protection: The machine adopts electromagnetic heating, which has zero carbon emission. It is also equipped with dust removal device.
7. Energy saving: The temperature increases quickly, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 95%, which saves more than 50% of electricity compared with traditional electric heating roaster.
8. Open fry material can quickly discharge moisture, while fry material without water, can quickly soften the oil in the material, easy to squeeze.
9. Feed with no resistance design, feeding speed fast, small labor intensity.
10. Uniform mixing, fast out speed, preventing oil scorching.
11. Add temperature device, self-control heating, no need to repeatedly check the case of fry material,set the temperature alarm automatically prompted the material.
