Product Description
ZX Series spiral oil press machine is a kind of continuous type screw oil expeller that suitable for "full pressing" or "prepressing + solvent extraction" processing in vegetable oil factory. The oil seeds such as peanut kernel, soya bean, cottonseed kernel, canola seeds, copra, safflower seeds, tea seeds, sesame seeds, castor seeds and sunflower seeds, corn germ, palm kernel, etc. can be pressed by our ZX series oil expeller. This series oil press machine is an idea oil pressing equipment for small and middle size oil factory.
Features
Under normal pretreatment conditions, ZX series spiral oil press machine has the following features:
1. Large processing capacity, so the floor area, power consumption, human operation, management and maintenance working are reduced relatively.
2. The main parts such as main shaft, screws, cage bars, gears are all made of good quality alloy materials and carbonized hardened, they can stand long tearing under long-term high temperature working and abrasion.
3. From feeding, steam cooking until oil discharging and cake forming, the procedure is continuous and automatic, so the operation is easy and labor cost can be saved.
4. With steam kettle, the meal is cooked and steamed in the kettle. The temperature and water content of feeding materials can be regulated according to different oil seeds requirements, to improve the oil yield and get higher quality of oil.
5. The pressed cake is suitable for solvent extraction. The oil and water content in cake are suitable for extraction, and the cake structure is loose but not powdered, good for solvent penetration.
