MDJY Length Grader
Product Description
MDJY series length grader is a rice grade refined selecting machine, also called length classificator or broken-rice refined separating machine, is a professional machine to sort and grade the white rice, is good equipment for separating the broken rice from the head rice. Meanwhile, the machine can remove barnyard millet and the grains of tiny round stones which are almost as wide as rice. The length grader is used in the last process of rice processing line. It can be used to grade other grains or cereals, too.
The length grader is with excellent suitability and high separation efficiency, have stable separation effect for the convenient adjustment of the separation grooves when working. The working cylinders which are closed can be conveniently installed with air entrance equipment to absorb the dust outside.
Features
1. Take the principle that the whole rice and the broken rice have different length to separate the broken rice from the head rice. It can ensure that no broken rice in the head rice;
2. The sieve cylinder can be easily replaced and operation is convenient;
3. The sieve cylinder have flexible combination styles, it can meet the requirement of different technological flows;
4. It can be used to sort the head rice from the broken rice, and also remove the broken rice from the head rice.
