MNTL Series Vertical Iron Roller Rice Whitener
Product Description
This MNTL series vertical rice whitener is mainly used for grinding brown rice, which is the ideal equipment for processing different kinds of white rice with high yield, less broken rate and good effect. At the same time, the water spray mechanism can be equipped, and the rice can be rolled with mist if need, which bring obvious polishing effect. If combine several units rice whiteners together in one rice milling line, the feeding elevators can be saved due to its structure of downward feeding and upward discharging. The rice whitener is usually used for whitening japonica rice, can also combined with the rice whiteners with emery roller: one emery roller rice whitener + two iron roller rice whiteners, one emery roller rice whitener + three iron roller rice whiteners, two emery roller rice whiteners + two iron roller rice whiteners, etc., can maximize to meet the requirements of processing different precision rice. It is advanced machine for rice whitening with large production.
Features
- 1. With structure of downward feeding and upward discharging, will save feeding elevators if combine several units in series;
- 2. Screw auger auxiliary feeding, stable feeding, not affected by volatility of air volume;
