SB Series Combined Mini Rice Miller
Product Description
This SB series small rice mill is widely used for processing paddy rice into polished and white rice. This rice mill has the functions of husking, destoning, milling and polishing. We have different model small rice mill with different capacity for customer to choose such as SB-5, SB-10, SB-30, SB-50, etc..
This SB series combined mini rice miller is a comprehensive equipment for rice processing. It is composed of feeding hopper, paddy huller, husk separator, rice mill and fan. The raw paddy goes into machine firstly through vibrating sieve and magnet device, passes rubber roller for hulling, and winnowing or air blowing to remove the rice husk, then air jetting to the milling room to be whitened. All the rice processing of grain cleaning, husking and rice milling are finished continuously, the husk, chaff, runtish paddy and white rice are pushed out separately from the machine.
This machine adopts the advantages of other types rice milling machine, and has reasonable and compact structure, rational design, with little noise during operation. It is easy to operate with less power consumption and high productivity. It can produce white rice with high purity and with less chaff containing and less broken rate. It is new generation of rice milling machine.
