YZY Series Oil Pre-press Machine
Product Description
YZY Series Oil Pre-press machines are continuous type screw expeller, they are suitable for either "pre-pressing + solvent extracting" or "tandem pressing" of processing oil materials with high oil content, such as peanuts, cottonseeds, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, etc. This series oil press machine is a new generation of big capacity pre-press machine with the features of high rotating speed and thin cake.
Under normal pretreatment conditions, YZY series oil pre-press machine has the following characteristics:
1. Large processing capacity, so the installation space, power consumption, the job of operation and maintenance are reduced accordingly.
2. The main parts such as main shaft, screws, cage bars, gears are all made of good quality alloy materials and carbonized hardened, they can stand long tearing under long-term high temperature working and abrasion.
3. The process from steam cooking at the feeding inlet until oil output and cake outlet is all automatic continuously working, the operation is easy.
4. With steam kettle, the meal is cooked and steamed in the kettle. The temperature and water content of feeding materials can be regulated according to different oil seeds requirements, to improve the oil yield and get higher quality of oil.
5. The pressed cake is suitable for solvent extraction. The capillary interstice on the surface of the cake are dense and clear, it is helpful on solvent penetration.
6. The oil and water content in cake are suitable for solvent extraction.
7. The pre-pressed oil is with higher quality than the obtained oil by single pressing or single solvent extraction.
8. The machines can be used for cold pressing if change the pressing worms.
