MLGT Rice Husker
The rice husker is mainly used in paddy hulling during rice processing line. It realizes the hulling purpose through press and twist force between a pair of rubber rolls and by weight pressure. The hulled material mixture is separated into brown rice and rice husk by air force in the separation chamber. The rubber rollers of MLGT series rice husker is tighten by weight, it has gearbox for speed change, so that the quick roller and slow roller can be mutually alternated, the sum and difference of linear speed are relatively stable. Once the new pair of rubber roller is installed, there is no need to dismantle any more before using up, the productivity is high. It has rigorous structure, thus avoids the rice leakage. It is good in separating rice from hulls, convenient on rubber roller dismantle and mounting.

Oil Seeds Pretreatment Processing-Destoning
Oil seeds need to be cleaned to remove plant stems, mud and sand, stones and metals, leaves and foreign material before being extracted. Oil seeds without careful selecting will speed up the wearings of the accessories, and can even lead to damage of the machine. Foreign materials are typically separated out by a vibrating sieve, however, some oilseeds such as peanuts may contain stones which are similar in size to the seeds. Hence, they cannot be separated by screening. Seeds need to be separated from stones by destoner. Magnetic devices remove metal contaminants from oilseeds, and hullers are used to de-hull of oilseed shells like cottonseed and peanuts, but also in crushing oilseeds such as soybeans.
